Oh hey there..
I’m Lisa-Anne
You’ve probably caught me mid-story, with a cracking smile on my face and quite possibly a glass of red in hand. I’m lucky enough to call Phillip Island (Millowl) home where nature sets the pace, the beach and surf are never far away, and walking trails weave through rugged coastline and quiet reserves. Life here is full and vibrant, with plenty of laughter, balanced by moments of stillness and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Winter and I don’t get along (never have), but give me warmth, connection, and a room full of people and I’m in my element. I’ve always loved the gathering of people, good conversations, heartful laughter, live music, singing with abandon and springtime, where just the right mix creates magic, memories, and moments that linger.
In 2017, It felt only natural to channel that alchemy into becoming a Marriage Celebrant because storytelling and love felt like a pretty good place to spend my time. Over the years I’ve met some truly wonderful wedding vendors along the way: creators, thinkers and doers. The shakers and the makers. I feel genuinely lucky to connect with people who care deeply about what they’re creating and how they show up in the world. (Check them out here Shout Outs )
My couples have often told me I’m like the 'Cool Aunty' of their wedding, someone who brings the warmth, the calm, the humour and the reassurance, and I’ll happily take that! So while you are feeling all relaxed and comfy with a tinge of nerves, I will be behind the scenes making sure everything is done properly, professionally and legally. Then on the day I will stand right beside you helping you feel like this is exactly where you are meant to be. I’ve got your back, in all the ways that matter.
I’m here for the big feelings and the small details. I’ll listen to your story, guide you through the process without the overwhelm, and help you create a ceremony that feels honest, relaxed and truly yours.
